Hello! My name is Ashleigh and I’m the owner of Carlarch Bakery! I am a mum of two, Carly and Archie (Carlarch).
I was a self employed baker before I had my kids, then a random post on social media in September 2021 blew up over night bringing me back to baking!
Six…..yes SIX weeks later I had a shop! Past loyal customers came flooding back bringing lots of new ones on the way!
I am forever grateful and thank you to each and every one of you that has supported me this far! 🥰
